Hello,

In accordance with Microsoft's support policy, this product does not support Windows 8 or Windows 7 operating systems on HP products equipped with 7th generation or later Intel or AMD processors, nor does it provide any drivers for Windows 8 or Windows 7.

Unfortunately, your HP EliteBook 830 G5 computer doesn't support Windows 7, so you wouldn't have any drivers available for it. What's more, Microsoft no longer supports Windows 7.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.

If you really want Windows 7 on it you can install it on a Virtual Machine which allows unsupported operating systems to run inside another operating system. Oracle VM Virtualbox is free and fairly easy to use. Its great for trying out Linux without actually installing it, for example. You could run Windows 95 or even 3.1 as a Virtual Machine on modern hardware. You would just need a Windows 7 install disk to have Windows 7.

Windows 7 could probably be run natively on your computer but it would be very hard to get modern hardware like USB-C working right...any drivers would be unofficial
