Hi:

It is always helpful to provide the model so we can assist you better.

From what I can determine is that is a Texas Instruments PCI 7510/4510 Cardbus Controller.

That device is not supported in windows vista or windows 7.

You can try this XP driver.

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/DriverDetails/DriverFileFormats?c=us&s=bsd&cs=04&l=en&D...

The driver may install, but the card reader probably won't work.

Hi, Marat1969:

That is your Integrated Lights Out Processor that needs a driver.

This may be the one you need:

This is for 64 bit only.

I believe this is the 32 bit driver:

Hi, Marat1969:

The first one I can't find. The manufacturer is Moxa if that helps.

The second one is the ILO driver.

If you have not done so already, I highly recommend you post any server related questions you have in the Servers section of the HP business support forum at the link below.

Hi, Lawrence:

I can't help with why the PC is shutting down unexpectedly.

I do know that the dv6000 model series was plagued with bad motherboards, so that may be the issue cropping up.

Below is the link to the driver you need for the card reader (PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592):
