I have the same problem, but instead of getting the error "Plugged in, not charging", I would plug in the charger and nothing would happen. Now my battery life is dead, and whenever I plug my charger into my laptop, it won't charge.:smileysad:

Hello,
If you aren't getting a solution to your issue here, please note that your ProBook is a Business model. Your issue would be best answered on the

I hope this helps.
Good luck!

I run the battery check and it says Cycle count 308/300.
Can it be, that there is a cyclometer, claiming, that a fully operative battery is failed? Last time I used my computer (ProBook 5330m) it loaded up to 100%, but the next time it just claims to have 0% capacity and unable to recharge.
Same with the light bulbs. Industry sets limits of how long the equipmment lasts.
