My fans on my notebook are always very noisey and noticable, not ideal when i want something quite ...
How can i make my fan less noisey?

All you can really do is follow these directions : HP Notebook PCs - Fan is Noisy and Spins Constantly, PC is Warmer than Normal | HP® Customer Support
If that does not quiet the fan, there is nothing you can or SHOULD do -- as forcibly slowing down the fan is going to cause your processor to overheat and damage other internal components due to excessive heat.
