Before updating the app, warranty status displays information normally. However, after updating the app, the warranty status does not appear (unknown). whereas in the HP Support Assistant warranty status application the information appears normally. Is this an app or device problem?

I see that you are facing an issue with warranty status for your Laptop.

It looks like an issue with the application.

 

Please uninstall and reinstall the application. That will fix the issue.
