Dear sir,

 

I have bought this laptop 15 days back . Since last week i have been facing prblems ie

 

1) It freezes automatically despite not having installed anything ie no application.

2) Any application iam opeing ,it is opening but is not closing afterwards thereby hanging my laptop

 

Sir please help to guide me that what to do in this situation as my 51000 rupees on are on line.

According to the message you have recently posted I would like to confirm that this could be a hardware issue also and I recommend you to Contact HP Technical Support over the Phone for further assistance. Please be inforemed that HP laptop will come with 30 days of "Dead on Arrival" policy from the invoice/bill date. If the hardware fault is confirmed you are eligible to get a replacement or refund based on your choice (terms & conditions are applicable).

 

You can also Check your warranty Here to verify the warranty status

Could you please tell me the outcome or result of the diagostic test

 

Did you receive any error message or error number after you did the "short &  extensive" hard drive test ?
