Star Wars Special Edition Note
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help getting the Star Wars content back onto my Star Wars Special Edition Notebook.  I had to have my hard drive wiped after it got a virus and for some reason now when I installed the Star Wars Command Center it tells me "This System Is Not Supported". What do I need to do to get back what I lost and how do I get the Command Center working again?

Hey @JudyInCT,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

I understand that you are having some issues with loading the Star Wars software back on your notebook. I can help you with that, however I am going to need the model number of your notebook first. You can find the model number by clicking on this link. Once I know more I will be better able to assist you.

Hi,
This is the model that I have.

Star Wars Special Edition Notebook - 15-an050nr (ENERGY STAR)

Model #:N5R61UA

When the techs at the computer repair store reset my computer they said that they put windows 10 back in and all the drivers but not all of the original programs that came with my laptop are there. I tried intalling the Starwars software (Star Wars Command Center and the R2-D2 Application) but neither of them run. It just says This system is not supported so I'm not sure what I'm missing to make everything run properly again.

You should be able to restore the programs by running the Recovery Manager. If not, the next step would be to run a System Restore or running the recovery media to restore your system to its original configuration.

Please let me know if this allows you to run the software.
