It starts with the 1Tb and just loops in the repair mode. When I force the boot of the ssd I get Win 7 now.The ssd had Win 10 on it and worked find then it down graded to Win 7.

yes but not all the drives are listed and you can not change it

From which drive in this list does machine boot now?

What happens when you select another primary bay drive?

Refer your Manual to know which drives are in primary bay.
