I seen all the past replies on fixing this problem. One even said HP enables the keys f1-f12 eventually. Even so, I brought this notebook just last Christmas '15. Here's the rub, Microsoft installed some updates recently, since then the f2 & f3 for bbrightness are the only f-keys enabled. Not all users are young, these keys are a must for seniors who are on computers and eyes aren't what they use to be. I even downloaded the driver again for this and still not workng. Should I take it back to store? Still under warrenty.

Hi Tardis40, Sorry it's taken this long to respond but didn't know they moved this post to here. Yes, I have that info for you; but not confortable giving that out. I had my os taken over by Techs and Trojaned, wasn't a good experience. But it's just a simple Notebook 64-Bit with Windows 10, 4GB mem. Thank You..
