The problem is a simple one -- you forced a Win10 Upgrade of an HP laptop for which there are no HP Win10 drivers.
While this CAN result in a working PC, in nearly all cases, the end result is disappointing because you are then stuck with the generic drivers that Microsoft provides -- and to get full performance out of your laptop, you need HP Win10 drivers -- which do not exist.
Win 8.1 drivers often do work OK in Win10, but the same can not be said of Win8 drivers.
About all you can try is forcing the installation of the HP Win8 video drivers from this page: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Software-and-How-To-Questions/gaming-issue-max-15-fraps/td-p/5...
If that does not work, since the Win10 Upgrade is known to corrupt the HP Recovery information, the ONLY way you will get your laptop performing properly again would be to do a factory reset using HP Recovery Media.
