i am currently having touchpad and mouse problems.
i used my wireless mouse once and my trachpad stopped working compltetely.
i have seen that this is a common problem but ive tried everything and nothing works. a hard reset worked once to get my mouse pad working again without the wirelss mouse but when i needed to click it was doing nothing.
i have tried another hard reset but the mouse pad still didnt work. the mouse only appears when i plug in the wireless mouse in.
when i go into settings there is not synaptics, so i downloaded synaptics for my laptop and it said "could not find OS specific program." so i unistalled the previous version, downloaded the version for my laptop but still said the same thing even though it was the version for my laptop.
Any idea's????
