Display screen flickering

Hi
My laptop screen have some horizontal lines on top and bottom. Comes regular interval and at that time display stucks for sometime. I think the problem is for video cable. Where i can buy it, im from india. Im searched the partnumber in service guide that is too costly and not available in india.I need a cheapest solution. Hope ill get an answer.....

Its the same part worldwide. You have to get the HP Part number. No generic equivalent.

I did not say it was free worldwide shipping. The amazon.in picture looks the same as the ebay item I linked, but there is no HP part number in the amazon.com listing. Still I am about 99% sure it is OK.
