Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000 (1Q879AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have the HP Spectre x360 14 with Windows 11. Intel Driver Support always reminds me to download this Intel driver. But as you can see on the screenshot, there is a alert symbol and it's about DCH Drivers and HP's own driver. Not sure what to do here.

Hi:

 

If your notebook only has the onboard Intel graphics, and not some switchable graphics combination (Intel/Nvidia, Intel AMD), it is probably safe to install the latest driver directly from Intel.

 

If it has a switchable graphics adapter combination, you can only use the graphics drivers on your notebook's support page.

 

I wrote a knowledge base article on this if the auto install method doesn't work.

 

Updating the Latest HD Graphics Driver from Intel...Skylake,... - HP Support Community - 7185608

 

Definitely create a system restore point first as I indicated in my knowledge base article before trying to update the driver.
