Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Some of my laptop hotkeys are not working on Windows 10 - specifically the Screen brightness keys Fn + F6 & Fn + F7.

 

I've found a suggested solution at http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Elitebook-Hot-Keys-after-Windows... but the suggested driver sp69911 isn't compatiable with Windows 10 (and hence won't install).

 

Try as I might I can't find a windows 10 driver

To better help you we would need the exact model number or product number of your laptop/desktop???

Even more fustratingly - when I go to Support/Software & Drivers Windows 10 isn't listed in the drop down box for selecting OS !!! It ony goes up to Windows 8
