g6-2291ea

Hello,

I have a problem with my laptop screen - its flickering. I called an engineer who think the problem is in the flexible lcd cable but forgot to tell me the part number.

I've tried http://partsurfer.hp.com - the website recognise my laptop but no part information could be found.

"Where Used Information for this Part Number is not available at present."

I looked in amazon, ebay and I just cant find cable for 2291ea, the closest is 2291nr.

Please help! What is the part number? And if I order flex lcd cable for 2291nr would it fit in my 2291er?

Thanks!
