HOW CAN I BE ABLE TO MAKE A TOUCH SCREEN MY HP PAVILION ENTERTAIMENT PC OR THEY HAVE OTHER WAY THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD OR JUST ENABLE IT HOPE

Yeah sorry; no. If it were that easy everybody would have a touchscreen. The motherboard has to have a connector to accept input from touch sensor and "inverter" to drive touch input something like a mouse. That laptop series did not even offer a touchscreen so there is no hardware you could install to support a touchscreen. You would have to buy a different laptop. Sorry for the letdown.
