My laptop's mute light is not turning up now. Initially, it was not turning off and so to fix it, I followed the direction at the link http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/mute-botton-light-indicator-wont-turn-...

But the second software was not installed on my laptop and I could'not follow the rest of the direction. Anyway, the mute light was gone but it is not working at all now.

 

Can anybody help to have the mute light work?

This solution isn't working for me.  I receive the following message:

 

This site can’t be reached

h20564.www2.hp.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
