My Notebook Envy 15" touchscreen right hinge is brooken, seems to be a known issue. Is there any recall about this issue?
i've already called HP support and they requested 260 c$ to fix the issue. this is unacceptable almost all users have the same problem...
Need someone to help.

I am completely disappointed because I have the same problem. My warranty has also expired and the right hinge has problems. Today my screen went kind of gray! I am living in Italy so I call the Italian HP service, they told me that because I bought it in US, I should pay and there is nothing they can so. Do I need to pay for something that seems to be a models problem? I need a solution as fast as I can... I work with my computer in daily basis!
