I 've added an external keyboard and an external monitor to my HP Envy m7-n011dx laptop. Both are recognized by the laptop if I leave the lid open. When I close the lid the computer goes into sleep mode, and I cannot use the laptop with the attached keyboard and monitor.
How do I instruct the laptop not to go into sleep mode when I close the lid so I can use the attached keyboard and monitor?
Many thanks!

Hi @MPBEqual,
Welcome to HP Forums!
I have read your post and wanted to help.
I understand that your want to use the external keyboard and monitor while the laptop lid is closed.
You will need to go to the Power Options. Set it to do nothing when the lid is closed.
You can review this document to manage the power options:
HP Notebook PCs - Managing Power Options (Windows 10)
