Hello, @KostasPap – Hope you are well 🙂

Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. This is a great location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!

I understand that you are having issues while installing the graphic card drivers on your PC. Your PC has ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 Graphics (switchable) graphic card. Are you facing any type of performance issues while playing the game or watching videos? Are you facing any lags or anything as such?

I would suggest you install the drivers using the HP Support Assistant. If installed already try updating the drivers using the HP SA. Go to http://hp.care/2cC6K4r and follow the steps under "Check for updates".

Also, I found a wonderful document discussing the switchable graphics or Dual GPU's. Please check http://hp.care/2fRRK3d

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Thank you and have a great day 🙂

Hello, @KostasPap

Thanks for the update!

I would suggest you install the Intel driver update utility tool to automatically update the Intel drivers.

Go to http://hp.care/2cu13pK to download and install the Intel driver update tool. Once done follow the on-screen instructions to update the graphic drivers. Restart the PC once done and check.

That should do the trick, but if the issue persists, reply with the screenshot of the error if possible. That will help us greatly to identify and diagnose the issue.

Let me know if that helps!

Cheers 🙂
