Please can you help my web cam has never been that good but I really noticed when I tried to record videos for presentations that it was not up to scratch with a lag time on the audio.
As a solution I purchased a C920 logitec web cam but still the same issues even when I have made the changes suggested for the faulty software on the C920.
This is really frustrating and very disapointed that the video will not do what I want it to and considering getting a new laptop if I cannot fix these issues because it is costing my business money not being able to do LIVE videos properly.
Any help will be greatfully received I am not a tech wizkid so step by step instructions for dummies best please 🙂

As I understand there is slow performance (lag time) and fuzzy video while using the webcam,
The quality of a video captured with a webcam can be affected by both the settings of the program used to operate the webcam, as well as by external environmental factors. The following tips will help you control environmental factors, and access and adjust video quality settings within YouCam software. Other programs may have similar controls.
- Update Windows and install new webcam drivers
- Adjusting for environmental factors
- Adjusting video settings using YouCam
- Microphone Recordings Are Inaudible
- Cleaning the webcam lens to reduce distortion, spots, or a fuzzy picture

This was helpful but the link that you sent me to the other conversation was the most beneficial and I think that it is solved now there is NO lag time for the audio, the picture was still a little fuzzy but I think that is simply due to the lighting that I now need to rearange for best results happy that I didn't have to get rid of my lap top because I love everything else about it.
Thank you,
Hare Krishna,
Steve
