HP Pavilion Gaming Notebook - 15-ak112nl (ENERGY STAR)
Hi everyone
i have bought this gaming notebook to play in easy way some fps game ( Unreal Tournament )
well...the integrated keyboard stops working for some seconds in random way !!
This trouble is bypassed playng with an usb keyboard, not comfortable, i'm very disappointed for the absolute absence of assistance, seems that there aren't solutions.
What a gaming notebook...shame.

Hi,
The only option I can see that may be worth trying is to make sure you're running the latest bios version ( F.82 Rev.A ) as it mentions 'Correcting an issue with the W, A & D keys - see the cva on the following link.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77001-77500/sp77359.cva
You can check the notebooks current bios revision by holding down the fn key and pressing esc.
If you are running an earlier revision, F.82 Rev.A can be found on the following link.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77001-77500/sp77359.exe
If you're already running this bios, or it doesn't correct the issue, my best advice would be to contact HP regarding this if the machine is still under warranty - If needed, you can check your warranty status Here.
