Hi @LeonardoBeck,
Thanks for reaching out! 🙂 Good Day! 😉 This is a great location to get resolutions and interact with experts from the community. I understand that you require information about a graphics card upgrade for your computer. It will be a delight to assist you. 🙂
We greatly value your relationship with HP. You are a valued HP customer and we appreciate you greatly for doing business with HP. 🙂 I take it a privilege to share this platform with you. You’ve done an excellent job on diagnosing the issue correctly. 🙂 Kudos to you for that.
I reviewed the post and after doing a lot of research, I have included both the service guide and the product specifications of the unit.
Product specifications: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04071561
Service guide of the unit: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04091768
Please look up table of contents for replaceable parts. The graphics card is not listed a s a replaceable part for this unit. The entire list of components that are replaceable are given in the service guide for better clarity.
Replacing the graphics card may not be an option as it is not cost effective. It involves replacing the processor, and the motherboard of the unit as the graphics card is a sub system of the motherboard.
Hope this helps and answers your question.. Let me know how this goes. I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. Please reach out for any issues and I'll be there to assist you.:)
To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles. 🙂
Take care now and have a splendid week ahead. 🙂
