HP Pavilion dv6-3019TU (XJ437P
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi there,

I am using this model from past 2 years (HP Pavilion dv6-3019TU (XJ437PA)), last week i was creating some report suddenly the disply turned off. and i switched it on it shows some temperature problem, i waited for five minutes and turned it on it came. again after five minutes the display went off. i tried to turn it on again the power button light came the light backside the disply came (HP logo), but the display din't turned on, i tried it like whole day but i din't get any output. I searched in the web for solution. And i tried all solutions like Holding the power button for 30 to 60 sec, putting the charger and hitting power button but nothing helped. Please help me with the problem .

Hi,

Are you seeing fan error like this: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03620929

Is there obvious overheating, warm air through vents?

I'll suggest you follow these first: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01657439
