these are what showed up: colors are changed, horizontal lines, pixelated, ghost images and flickers. But when i press some points at the edge of the screen, it will back to normal. Whats wrong with it? and How can i fix it?

The laptop is just 3 months old and i wonder if i can just return it and get a refund or a new replacement laptop?

I understand that you are having an issue with the display on your HP Pavilion Gaming Notebook. In this case because of the discoloration, the screen flickering and the horizontal lines, I would suggest the following:

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode to see if the lines are visible there also?

Have you tried using HP Support Assistant to find updates automatically?

Have you tried to do all of your Windows Updates?

Did you Test for Hardware Failures?

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please use the following link to create yourself a case number:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number

Case number and phone number appear.

They will be happy to assist you immediately.
