ExamHP - 17.3" Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Black Model:ple: Pavilion 65XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased a new HP laptop and it has literally the worst camera quality I have ever seen...my computer from 10 yrs ago is better.  It is of poor quality and grannie.  When I called HP prior to the purchase to get some info. they said it was above average and it is so far below average.  I want to skype later and it isn't worth it.  Can't use the camera.....any upgrades or apps to make this better.  Had I noticed this before I wouldn't have bought this laptop....it is past the 14-day return policy now.  20 days since I got it.

Help, please..

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
