Product: Probook 450 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all,

 

I bought my HP Probook 450 G3 notebook  2 days ago with free dos system. Reinstall with Windows Pro 7 x64 and now I have a problem with brightness fn keys. Fn+ f5 and f6 dosn't work.

I try to delete and install Intel video driver again. Try to reinstall Synaptic keyboard and mouse driver. I also try to do all steps shown on this article: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Probook-450-fn-brightness-not-w...

 

Nevertheless the volume keys fn+f9 and f10 are working.

 

Any solutions, any help please?
