Product: AMD A9 TOUCHSCREEN 15-ba138ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
Recently a friend of mine picked up a HP notebook (product 15-ba138ca / build 16WW3CRT602#SABL#DABL). According to the reseller it is a touch screen but when I look at the device manager there is no touchscreen HID and when view the system details "No pen or touch input is available for this display".
Based on the product / build, how would I find out IF this unit is supposed to have a touch screen?
