Hello,
The combination [fn]+ F5/F6 doesn't work.
I can't increase or decrease the brightness of the screen. Neither other combination works. Only the volume shortcut does.
How do I fix this?
Thanks.
Miguel

Hi Provost,
I tried what you wrote, but it didn't work.
I installed the driver and tried to use the brightness function with and without Fn keys in BIOS, but it didn't work.
Can I do something else?
I can't change the brightness even with the proper menus, it does not appear to me that option.
Thanks for your support.

You're welcome.
In that case,
Install this: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-zbook-17-g3-mobile-workstation/8693765...
Restart system
Then this Intel graphics: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-zbook-17-g3-mobile-workstation/8693765...
Restart system
Check to see if issue is resolved.

Yes, that is Intel graphics driver you need. I've no idea why graphics driver is not getting detected and installed properly.
Try installing this: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-zbook-17-g3-mobile-workstation/8693765...
Restart system.
Try manually installing the Intel graphics driver I posted previously
