I hate the trackpad feature on this laptop!  How can I disable it?  Unfortunately I may need to use it if I leave my mouse behind or it dies.  Otherwise, free me from this un needed feature, please.

Hey there! @mrbligh, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

 

I understand you need to disable touchpad feature on your laptop.

 

Please double tap the top left-hand corner of the trackpad two times to disable the touchpad.
