HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I'm using a HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 and a USB-C travel dock. When conneting P202va display to the USB-C travel dock, the notebook is not detecting a second display. I've update Intel HD Graphics video and re-installed dock drivers without sucess.

Any idea to overcome this issue?

Thanks

Hi

Try updating some chipset related driver and see if that helps

Intel Chipset Installation Utility (American, International)

Intel Serial IO Driver (American, International)

or

ASMedia eXtensible Host Controller (xHCI) Driver (American, International)

Hope this helps.
