Hi! @NileshS, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand you have issues upgrading graphics drivers on your PC.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

Try the steps recommended below.

You have the wrong driver.
To see which graphics driver you need, identify your Intel® Graphics Controller.
Manually find the driver you need.
The driver and the OS version don't match. Example: you cannot install a 64-bit driver on a 32-bit Operation System.
Go to Control Panel > Systems and Security > System. Under System, the system type is either a 64-bit or 32-bit OS.
You do not have Intel® graphics.

If the issue still persists install the intel graphics driver using intel graphics auto detect tool and it will install the best drivers for your PC.

Please update the intel graphics driver auto detect utility using this link.

Let me know if this works!

Have a pleasant day ahead! 🙂

Thank you very much MrRobot, I've downloded and installed the Intel graphics driver auto detect utility and indeed there was an update for the graphics driver.
