Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, 

 

I have an old HP laptop, the HP G62 b10sv

 

I don't use it anymore, so I took off it's screen and I'm looking to buy a controller to drive it and use it as a monitor.

 

Is there any way to find the exact specs of the screen in order to buy the right controller? I need to know more than the resolution of the screen and the fact that is an LED screen 🙂

 

Thank you in advance!

 

P.S. If you have any tips on how to make this screen an HDMI monitor, I'm all ears!
