What is the name of the application you are using to view Photos?

What is the name of the application / program you are using to view Videos?

In general, programs that are included for free as part of the standard Windows 10 Operating System are adequate without necessarily being "best in class".

Regardless of what you are using now, there are alternatives to the native products installed on your Computer.

You can choose to download / purchase tools that meet your standards.

Examples:

The best free alternatives to Windows 10's default apps

How To Enable Windows Photo Viewer In Windows 10

Three impressive alternatives to Photo Viewer in Windows 10

Commentary

All programs and applications that view Photos and allow you to view Videos are dependent on your computer's ability to display the content in a high enough resolution that the visual result is pleasing to the eye.  That means, your computer must be capable of displaying the content.

The Specifications indicate that your computer provides resolution at 1366 x 768; this limitation may result in (what appear to be) minor deficiencies when trying to view some types of HD content (very high density photos and videos).

Good Luck.
