Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought a Pavilion, and for what I need it to do, it is working just fine. However, when I attach an external monitor to it - the response on that monitor only is dreadfully slow. Windows on the laptop screen are just fine. What can I do to improve the response on the external monitor? Once that is fixed, I hope to have a 2nd external monitor in place too. Ideas?

As I understand you are having an issue with the response on the external monitor is slow. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you to resolve your concern,

 

Let's start off by updating the display drivers from our HP Support website, using this link.

 

I would suggest please update the BIOS on your PC and check if it helps.

 

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.
