Hello Mdeeda,

When turning on your laptop it boots but it does not load an image, is that correct? I will try to help you with this issue.

Can you please provide the full make and model of the computer you have, If you are unsure where to locate that information have a look at this link for help if needed.

You can also connecting the laptop to an external monitor to see if you get an image when it finishes booting.

Please respond back at your earliest convenience.

Thanks

Thank you for your quick response. I have since resolved the problem, I reflowed the Graphics VGA chip and all is now well.

Untill I got the schematic and saw that there was extra memory for the Graphics chip which had confused me as to the

machine still booting with no Video. Once again, Thank you. Cheers, Mike.

I have the same no video problem. Checked with VGA and HDMI cable but nothing working.

Unless you have a good working knowledge of laptop repair, you should not attempt to repair this fault. It requires a

complete strip down and then removal of graphics card. Then the graphics card needs a reflow. cheers Mike.

I frequently repair computers for others - but I do not understand "reflow the graphics card" How do you do that?
