Hi, I am after a retaining clip for the up arrow for a HP Pavilion 17-ab200na Laptop, can you help

I would like to inform you that HP doesn’t replace individual keys on the keyboard. I recommend you to contact phone support and order a new keyboard for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.

 

Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

Enter Product number or select to auto detects

Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.

Hi, many thanks for your help but the laptop is only 3 weeks old and the keyboard is not broken, just the retaining clip, so to replace the keyboard is not really an option, but many thanks for your reply,

Hi, have attached a photo of the clip in question,the red circles show where the little bits of plastic should be which have now broke off, a photo of the keyboard recess and a photo of the back of the key, hope these help, many thanks for your help
