I would like to inform you that HP doesn’t replace individual keys on the keyboard. I recommend you to contact phone support and order a new keyboard for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.
Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Enter Product number or select to auto detects
Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.

Hi, have attached a photo of the clip in question,the red circles show where the little bits of plastic should be which have now broke off, a photo of the keyboard recess and a photo of the back of the key, hope these help, many thanks for your help
