when i am trying to setup the driver . it gives me a black screen and then nothing happen again . on restarting windows it gives me welcome page only .
my product is
hp i7 probook 4530s
the probleme started after one year from buying it .
some friends say it is from bios ?!
my cousin also has hp i5 probook and the same probleme only one video card is working .
the driver on hp page is set up both cards intel and the ati .and is not working . so i had to set up only intel card .

Unfortunately, way too many folks claim a BIOS update is a "miracle cure" that fixes everything, and that is most definitely not the case.
The ONLY drivers that are going to work on the laptop are those provided by HP. Anything else downloaded from AMD is not going to work and is likely to trash the display, making it really hard to fix the laptop.
What MIGHT be necessary is using this tool from AMD to clean out residue of the AMD driver before reinstalling it: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
