problem during installing intel high definition graphices driver from your website and by using hp

i have downloaded intel high definition graphices for my lap top hp g6 1147sx but i cant install it on my system iam using windows7 64bit operating system and show me message says that this computer doesnot meet the mininum requirmenets for installing the software, can any one send my accurate link help my install this properly, thanks in advance

Hi:

According to the specs I found regarding your notebook, it comes with the Intel/AMD switchable graphics.

The only driver you can install is the AMD graphics driver found on your notebook's support and driver page.

That is a custom driver that installs both the Intel and AMD graphics adapters.

The Intel graphics driver is only for notebooks with just the Intel graphics, which is why it is not installing.

Do not attempt to force the driver to install, or allow windows update to install an updated Intel graphics driver, or the switchable graphics will no longer function.

thanks for your prompt response, but i faced a problem when i used a high performace with the amd tool when i open any program or video by high peformace amd card my notbook restart and open a blue screen which shows that i have a proplem matching my hardware of driver amd, and this code message is 0000000000X116x something like this number

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what you can do about that issue.

Perhaps reinstall the AMD graphics driver, or back up your files and do a complete factory reset of the notebook.

It could also be the onset of graphics hardware failure.

If you use the notebook for gaming, that generates a lot of heat and eventually damages the GPU's.

what should i do for this problem if my amd card for my notebook has failure caused of heating i have to replace whole motherboard for this laptop or i can just buy amd card which is compatable my device could you give me your advice? im living in egypt and i donot how i can send my device to your frenchise or bramch in egypt

Hi:

You would have to replace the entire motherboard with the one listed in the service manual for your notebook.

You would have to contact HP support in Egypt for further information on getting the PC repaired.

But try resetting the notebook first to make sure it is not a software problem.
