I am trying to install the "HP TrueVision HD Webcam (front-facing) with integrated digital microphone"
I have windows 7 64bit Enterprise loaded on it everything work but the camera
when I run the SP sp64853.exe it comes back with "This Software can only be installed on a Hewlett-Packard System"

HP Notebook - 15-ba113cl Model #: X7T77UA

This orginially came with windows 10 home online chat was of no help

As I understand the HP true vision HD webcam isn't being installed on windows 10 though it had been working on windows7,

No worries as I'd love to help, however, I need a few more details to provide an accurate solution:

If the computer originally came with windows 10, the only way to get back to windows7 is using a retail copy of windows, is that right?

Unfortunately, I can only help you once you’re back on OEM (HP Supplied OS) as HP doesn't support retail copies of windows,
