In my services.msc it shows bluetooth handsfree service and bluetooth support service, both are running and yet I cannot connect my bluetooth mouse. I believe my wireless card (realtek RTL 8188ee) is only for wifi. What card would I need to get in order to use this service on a single antenna?

Uninstall all Wireless and Bluetooth drivers listed in Network Adapter section in Device Manager first and,
Download, save and install these:

You're welcome.
For USB issue, the only suggestion I could give is to download, save and install 7th AMD chipset driver listed here for Windows 10.

Ok, I got the adapter that you suggested from the previous response. I installed it in my laptop, it is showing in the device manager and says it is working properly however I cannot connect to the internet and it still is not detecting my mouse. I have tried all the usual things, making sure everying was on and discoverable, enabled and so on.....so now what am I not doing?
