If you are experiencing Wi-Fi disconnection issues with the Realtek 8852BE-V Choya Wi-Fi module in your HP 14-inch Laptop AI PC 14-hc0000 series,
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

  1. Check for Windows Updates:

    • Ensure that your operating system is up-to-date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

  2. Update Wi-Fi Drivers:

    • Go to the HP Support website and check if there are any updated drivers available for the Realtek 8852BE-V Choya Wi-Fi module.
    • Download and install the latest drivers if available.
    • Alternatively, you can also use Device Manager to update the Wi-Fi drivers:
      • Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
      • Expand the Network adapters section.
      • Right-click on the Realtek 8852BE-V Choya Wi-Fi adapter and select Update driver.
      • Choose to search automatically for updated driver software.

  3. Adjust Power Settings:

    • Sometimes, power management settings can cause Wi-Fi disconnections. To adjust power settings:
      • Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options.
      • Select Change plan settings next to your current plan.
      • Click on Change advanced power settings.
      • Expand the Wireless Adapter Settings and then Power Saving Mode.

      • Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
      • Expand the Network adapters section.
      • Right-click on the Realtek 8852BE-V Choya Wi-Fi adapter and select Uninstall device.
      • Restart your computer, and Windows will reinstall the drivers automatically.
