15-f27wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have installed realtek and intel bluetooth drivers and its still not showing in device manager. I have also started the bluetooth in services settings but its still not showing. Even after several updates, I haven't seen bluetooth anywhere.

You left a number out of the model number but if it is 15-f272wm that is a Wal-Mart machine and did not come with bluetooth:

If it is some other model give us the full number and we can check and see if it has bluetooth.

Bluetooth is considered kind of a premium feature and often budget machines do not have it.
