I have had my laptop just over 1year and recently it has begun to disconnect from the WIFI, it begins connect and then suddenly it disconnects I have tried different WIFI connections at my friends and still the same problem, also along the bottom of the screen I am now unable to access the Upward arrow to access the Internet, Bluetooth etc. Options
Please help

TURN OFF THE POWERS TO THE DEVICES LIKE ROUTER , MODEM AND WAIT FOR A MINUTE AND TURN IT ON AGAIN. HOPE THIS WILL WORK
