Please advise if this laptop (HP Pavilion 17-f125ds 17.3" Touchscreen) has Bluetooth please. If it doesnt, is there anything I can do in order to get it?

It does not come with built in bluetooth, or that feature would have been listed along with the 1x1 802.11b/g/n WLAN wireless connectivity specification.

 

You can purchase an external usb bluetooth adapter, or if you are willing and able to take the whole notebook apart to get to the wireless card, you can switch it out for the Broadcom BCM43142 802.11 bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi + BT4.0 HMC combo adapter, or the Realtek RT8723BE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi + BT4.0 Combo Adapter.
