Hi, I would be replace the wireless card installed on my HP 15-ac622nl (Realtek RTL8723BE), with another one that supports 802.11ac protocol.
Is there a list of compatible wireless module? and if yes....where can I find it? In the manual I see only three wireless card:
- Broadcom BCM43142
- Realtek RTL8188EE
- Realtek RTL8723BE (currently installed)
...but all support only 802.11 b/g/n protocol.
So, I've tried a card "Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265, 2230, 2 x 2 AC + B" but didn't worked: at start on the screen appear an error like this "Wireless Module not supported".... 😞
Now, I'm here to ask you if an "Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC WiFi e Bluetooth Card 3165NGW" may will work or not.
Thank you

Thank you REO51ST for the reply.
I also read the list on page 3 of the manual, but then on page 44 (where the procedure for replacing the card is described) the Intel card is not mentionated ... for this reason I had have some doubts!
