I have tried below link

HP PCs - Troubleshooting Your Wireless Network and Internet Connection (Windows 7)

But it doesn't work.

It seems to be driver files are corrupted on my machine.

Came to know that while running below cmd command.

sfc /scannow

It metnioned that some of the files are not repaired. please find the log in CBS.log file.

Not sure whether network driver adapter also get corrupted.

Please suggest.

Hi @crana,

Welcome to HP Forums! I have read your post and wanted to help.

I understand that the laptop can connect to the WiFi network but has no Internet access. Is there any other device on the same network having the Internet access?

Below is a document you can use for troubleshooting:

Let me know how it goes.

By any chance are you using a third-party Anti Virus app to control your Firewall settings?  Avast or AVG perhaps?

I've seen these apps cause the same issue you are seeing.  Try accessing their settings and temporarily disable their access to the Firewall.  See if you can connect to the internet.

If this works, just let Windows control the Firewall or try another AV app.

Problem got resloved.

In Device Manager, actually "Junipor Network Driver" (under network adapter driver) is not properly installed . It shown as ! sign. I have uninstalled it completely. Then wireless connection start working.

Thanks a lot...
