I am unable to use the sim card slot to access the internet with my HP Elitebook 2560p LW883AW#ABT / [Personal Information Removed] - can please provide steps to follow and software links.

Hi, Philip:

 

I do not see that the 2560p product number you posted indicates that it comes with a mobile broadband wireless card.

All 2560p's have sim card slots, but in addition to needing a sim card, you also need the mobile broadband (WWAN) card to use mobile broadband.
