HP Probook 455 g1
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We are experiencing wifi interference between our probook and Netgear AC791 Jet Pack in some RV parks where we stay. The jetpack can use 5 ghz as can all our other devices, our probook can't. The jetpack can transmit on both, but is much slower on dual band than on either 2.4 or 5 ghz.

so, how much effort and is it possible to upgrade the wifi in our probook to 5 ghz?

Thanks for any direction you can provide.

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Sorry, but with laptops, the WiFi is integrated into the system board with a chipset.

This is not a customer-replaceable part.
