Hi Dear,
Really need your help. My lappy since 2 weeks ago cannot connect to the office network name. The network name is invisible. Connection are available but not connected. I tried all the HP PCs troubleshooting wireless network and internet but failed.
I have no idea right now. Few HP laptop with the same model in the office have a same problem.
Others network name are appear in the list & also can direct connect using usb cable.
Please help me.

Try resetting the main router/modem at your work that is not showing up. if that fails then you need to find out the name of your router/modem. Once you figure that out you can then go to http://www.techspot.com/guides/287-default-router-ip-addresses/. After this type in the correct numbers matching the brand name of your router/modem in your web browser. This will bring up a settings page for your modem/router. Look for an option called 2.4 ghz or 5.0 ghz, make sure to enable both. After doing this your network should show up again.

Make sure your router supports wireless N settings also. If not check to see what setting the router is running on n g or b, and if their is an option to switch to N, and vice versa on your wifi card.
